Premiere Elements 2020 won't open on MacBook

Hi,

Recently, Premiere elements has stopped working on my Macbook. I have tried to open it several times and nothing happened. I then tried to uninstall and reinstall only to have the same issue. I can't even open it to finish reinstalling. Any advice would be appreciated!
