Hallo zusammen,

vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Ich habe Adobe Premiere Elements und Photoshop 2021 erworben.

Photoshop (Fotoeditor) und Organizer funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Nur Elements (Videoeditor) bricht beim Starten ab. Ich bekomme die Meldung sie unten, nach ca. 50 Sekunden erlischt die Anzeige und passiert nichts mehr.

Historie: Ich habe schon mal probiert das Programm zu aktivieren und habe den Hinweis erhalten, dass das Programm auf einen anderen Rechner installiert ist, das ich deaktiveren müsste. Ich habe, dass Programm auf dem anderen Rechner deaktiviert, aber irgendwie kann ich es nicht auf dem Notebook aktivieren. Es kommt auch nicht mehr die Maske, wo ich aufgefordert werde Seriennummer eingeben kann. Ich schon mehrmals das Programm deinstalliert und neu installiert. Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Vielen Dank im voraus.

Ich benutze ein Acer Notebook Concept D3 Pro mit Core i7 10th Gen mit einer nvidia Quadro T1000.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

••for Premiere Pro and MAYBE Premiere Elements use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
