"Https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/tech-specs.html" says "Intel Core i7 and 16GB RAM required for XAVC-S (4K editing)". But is it OK with "AMD Ryzen 7 3700X"? "Https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html" says that the equivalent AMD is OK. I feel like I can do it. How is it actually?

PassMark's benchmark numbers are invaluable when comparing processors.

In my books I recommend a processor that rates at least a 10,000 for editing 4K video. Your processor rates a 22,731 so you'll be just fine!
