Premiere Elements won't work or is painfully slow.

Premiere Elements 2019 won't work. If I click on an action. I get the spinning wheel for 4 or 5 minutes until it stops and I can do another action, then I have to wait another few minutes to do another action... I have a fairly new Apple computer with lots of space on it. I got the Mac version of Elements but it doesn't seem to be compatible.

Version 2019, being the current version, qualifies for online chat technical support.  Far better than guessing here, initiate a chat with them at Contact Customer Care

Sorry for your issue.

• Which version of Premiere Elements are you using?
• Please share the system specifications as well(OS, RAM, GPU, Processor etc)
• I would recommend to clean media cache once and then check the issue.
• Also, try restoring the preferences.
