Problem reading jpg files

Hi everyone,
I made modifications on jpg files. I can open and read every files (originals and modified) on my mac, I saved them on a dvd (did not open) and on a external disc to read them on a tv and on a pc but the modified files won't open. Does anyone have a solution ?

Was Premiere Elements used to create a movie of your JPEGs and save it to disc? The Mac version of Premiere Elements does not have facilities for creating a playable DVD.

Were your JPEGs saved in Photoshop Elements?

What PC program are you trying to view them with?
