Problem starting up Premier Elements 2020 in PC Windows 10

When opening Premier Elements 2020 för video work it starts allrigh when the compter is freshly opened.

After finishin a projket and closing Prem El 2020 it will start the second time. It starts loading up all program sequenses and it hangs on uploading "Player Media Core Pgm". And it stays hanged. I need to close down the computer with Power Off to come lose.

The Computer is a HP Desktop with updated Win 10.

I googled that error and it leads to suggestions concerning Windows issues.   In the Premiere Elements Help menu is an "Online Support" choice.  It takes you to a website.  In the lower right corner is an icon to start a "chat" with Adobe techs.  They may be able to find the Windows conflict.

Assuming you're on Windows, if you are haveing problems re-opening Premiere Elements a second time, open the Task Manager by right-clicking on the Task Bar. In the Task Manager, find the listing for Adobe Premiere Elements and end the process. The program will then relaunch.
