I have been using Premiere Elements 14 for several years and haven't really had any problems with the Quick Export until this week. Now, the export process will stall part way through, or it will go to the end and the video will stop halfway through. I'm working with video from my camera (PanasonicLumix FZ80) and I successfully exported videos this week, but they were shorter videos (5-7 min). I'm now trying to do longer ones (45 min) and it's having problems. I did see on another thread discussion about having enough hard drive space free. Is there a recommended amount for something like this?
Well, I'd never run a Windows computer with less than 50-60 gigs of free space, particularly if it were an older computer and hadn't been defragmented in a while.
What are your computer specs? Which version of Windows do you have?
Which processor do you have with how much RAM? How much free, clean, defragmented space is on your C drive?

It was a space issue. I was able to delete items to get to 50GB free and it worked. Then I discovered that all my previous projects still had cache saved and was able to get another 80GB freed. So I'm good now!
