Hi,

So I created four different video clips on Premiere Elements 14, exported them as MP4 Video files, then placed them into my timeline so that I could link them all together.

However, I have been having issues. My MP4 clips have no images and, instead, come up as "Media Offline"!

First what does this mean?

And secondly, how do I fix this problem?

Help is always appreciated!

Thanks.

Usually that means you moved or erased the files from where Premier Elements thought they were.

I am having this same problem. So how do I find the location file? I already tried to restore everything even from the Recycle bin.
