This is a two year old topic.  What is your question?  What software are you using?  Where did the animation come from?

If by "animation" you mean video, the most reliable method is in two steps. 

First step is to output a high quality video that plays well on you computer. 

Second step is to use YouTube's uploading process for your finished video.
