Remove music from a video Premiere Element 2018

Hi,

I would like to remove the music from a video using Premiere 2018.

Can anyone help?

Put the clip on the timeline.  Right click for a pop up menu and "unlink" the audio from the video.  Deselect the clip by clicking in a blank space somewhere.  Then, select just the audio half and press delete.
