Seeking advice on suite of tools to purchase

Leaving for Europe with a still's camera and a 360 camera - planning to make a travel log and post to web and social media while on the go. Will edit from hotel room and likely from Iphone while hiking the Camino. Majority of uploads via WiFi but some elements through data plan. I'll be carrying an ASUS Core i7 with a Nvida Geforce GT graphics card. Has a USB 3.0

Question: What would be the most appropriate Adobe Suite of Apps to acquire - and should I acquire Adobe version CC for desktop or Cloud or both to give me more versatility?

My chosen suite is the Photographer's CC Plan at $10 per month.  I get Lightroom and Photoshop.   For video I add Premiere Elements to that.
