Ok, but if I use normal screen (1920x1080 LED) can I export video with
transparency background from Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 ?
I found that mp4 does not support alpha channel, so the format should be
some other than mp4.
It would be good, if the format is supported by HTML.

You need to create transparancy first before being able to export as such or import a clip with transparant background.

Export with Quicktime with an alpha channel (advanced settings) and then convert the file to html.

Transparancy shows as black in Elements. Its not really black but a void.

If you want to test transparancy put a full screen clip under the clip with the transparancy.

Or check the properties of the clip where is says Straight Alpha.

I exported the video with Quicktime and alpha channel, but now video
format is mov. It should convert to mp4 that HTML supports the video.
How can I convert the mov video to mp4 ? And if I convert mov to mp4,
does it still have the transparency background

What extension you mean ?
My export settings are now the followings:
Format: Quicktime
Video codec: Animation
Aspect: Square pixels (1.0)
8-bpc + alpha

Which of these I must change or is there some other option than these ?

I can not change file extension straight on resource management. I can
write the different characters to end of  the file name, but the video
is still on original format.
It must be done with some software, what converts video to right format.
So, does anybody know can I convert mov to mp4 via Premiere Elements or
some other software ?
