Two audio sources on one track

I have imported to Premiere Elements 12 a video which has main audio and commentary dubbed to it.  Both soundtracks appear on one audio track.  How do I separate them?

You can not do that in Premiere Elements.

I think Audition would likely work better, but I wouldn't expect miracles.
