Using Elements 2018 DVD label maker

Hi I wonder if anyone has used this app in Elements I am trying to make a DVD label using the pre-installed create DVD Label. I want to try and change the background theme it comes with , or is there a way to download more themes ?

Are you in Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements or some other program?
