When I will play Audio or Videos in the preview, rendering was done correctly, it is played too fast.
If I will do an Export or I will Play Video and Audio with an external Player it works fine.
Have anybody a solution for me how to solve this Problem?
Maybe a Driver Problem.
Update was done on 03. Aug. 2019.
I'm happy on each Input I can try to solve the Problem.

Hi Sandholzer_Markus,
Thanks for reaching out. I agree with @Steve Grisetti. Did you check the video that he shared?

Your video uses mp42 compression and a variable frame rate. Premiere Elements 2019 can work with variable frame rate video. Earlier versions can not.
Here's a tutorial I made on variable frame rate video and what to do about it.

Hi,
I've tried it according the Video guidline put still not working.
Checking the MediaInfo Shows that the Frame time is now constant.
It Looks like that the Speed is exactly doubled.

I may not be able to help you with this. The problem is likely in the original file and caused by the YouTube downloader.
