Having trouble Drag/Drop Video Collage into place.

The file was created using the VC Tool within Elements

Keep getting this message

ERROR Message: This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed.

Are you saying you're trying to drag a video collage into a Video Collage? That won't work.

If not, where is the video you're using in your video collage coming from? Is it from a camcorder? If not, where did it come from and what is its format and resolution?
