Hello, Please can you help with a problem I am having with Premiere elements 12.   AVCHD video imported and edited ok, when I burn a DVD the quality is good,  but

when saving as a file, ( I have tried many but would like to save as MP4,  the video is vibrating side o side during panning and zooming ).

Frequently a side by side vibration during panning comes from the camera's stabilization.  It is fighting to hold steady while the shooter introduces the sideways motion.
