Isaios,
When you see the red screen where you expect to see your video, it's usually because Adobe Premier Elements (PRE) has not been linked to your video. Try the following from the 'Expert Mode':
1. Create a new folder named 'Spain.'
2. In that folder place your video, and name it 'Espana.mp4'
—the path will be Spain -> Espana.mp4
3. Open a new project in PRE, and choose Add Media from the upper left of your screen, and from the Add Media menu, choose 'Files and folders'
4. In the file menu, navigate to the folder (directory), 'Spain' and choose the file, 'Espana.mp4.'
5. Now, save your project as 'SpainTrip' to the 'Spain' directory. This will 'shorten' the path between your project and the movie.
6. Open the 'Project Assets' menu, and should see 'Espana.mp4' in one of the windows. Drag 'Espana.mp4' to the Video 1 layer at the bottom portion of the screen.
7. Move the timeline bar (the vertical 'scrub' bar) over the video. You should be able to see the video now in the Preview Window at the top.
—At this point your video should be ready for editing. I suggested using the Expert Mode to give you a bit more control.
If this does not work, please let me know and we'll try something else.

If you deleted the original clips then there is no way to fix this.

..unless there are backups of the clips.

Seeing how many people here on the forums really make back ups...............

Hello isaio75225133,
When you played your video outside of Premiere elements, did you see the problem there also? In that case, the problem is with the rendered media item, not Premiere Elements. Please let me know the behaviour so that I can help further.

Hi isaio,
Sorry for the issue. Do you have the original project that you created? If the exported file is faulty, we'll need to test the timeline that you edited and check the export settings that were used.
We're here to help.
Thanks,
Shivangi
