I am looking for a solution.
I shared my screen with Adobe Agent, He tried to fix it for almost an hour but We got nothing. I guess the issue is HEVC files.
I provided the ss.
Anybody have that issue and fix?

There was a similar post about a week ago. The footage came from a GoPro set to shoot at 60 fps in HEVC. Footage set to 30 FPS or H.264 worked. So, it seems that Premiere Elements, although capable of HEVC editing, falls short at the higher frame rate. The solution that worked was to convert the HEVC 60 to H.264 60 with the (free) program called Handbrake.

Thank you.
But I edit so many videos at once. Converting from Handbrake is making my life miserable.
Other problem is I cannot refund the product.
I hope they will come with a solution soon.

Hi @canntsn,
The issue is with 2.7k resolution GoPro HEVC videos, it should work fine for other 60 FPS videos. We have noted down the issue for 2.7 k videos and working on it.
