What project setting to use for importing 1280x720p / 30.08 fps

There are no similar matches in the menu of PE 2021

The export of a project will be to mp4 H.264 either in the same 720p or by upscaling to 1080p

I got confused by the menu, listing separatedly AVCHD and DLSR 

Thank you too for posting your youtube tutorials, they were a lifeline for me when I started to use the PE.
