Why can't I open PE 2019 Organizer from within the PE homepage?

When I try to open Elements 2019 Organizer from within the Photoshop Elements main page (with Editor. Organizer and Video Editor options), nothing happens. I CAN open the program directly from my applications folder, just not from within the main PE screen. I am running Mac Mojave. ver. 10.14.3. Anyone out there with the same issue?

I would recommend you contact Adobe Customer Care via chat and work directly with them on this issue.

Mac OS issues can be really challenging to troubleshoot on this forum.
