Hello!

I've been working on this project for my acting class for three days and everything has been fine. Then last night, the narration I recorded wouldn't play when I would play my video. The music is fine and the audio is fine just the narration won't play. This is a project due in 4 days and I really need help. This is a school computer which is a Think Pad. The software that is downloaded on it is Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I have tried multiple solutions and none has worked. Please help! Thank you!!

It is possible you've turned it off or deactivated it by accident.

If not, try moving the narration track to an audio track above the video line.  It should select and drag like any other asset.

How did you record your narration?

If you used a USB microphone it may have reset your audio settings.

Unplug the microphone and go to the program's preferences (under the Edit menu) and, on the Audio Hardware settings page, change the incoming and outgoing settings.

This is assuming you've properly recorded your narration and that you see the audio's waveform on your timeline.
