Will not upload to Vimeo

I have been using Adobe Premiere Elements 11 to upload videos to Vimeo for several years. This week suddenly when I get ready to upload after having entered the title, etc.,  the "NEXT" button does nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and still nothing. Can anyone help. I need to upload 3 videos a week and this is frustrating.  Thank you in advance.

Skip the automatic one step method.  Instead output a MP4 to your computer and then use the Vimeo uploader.
