Hi Guys & Girls,

This is probably a rookie question but here we go ....

I have exported videos I have made (just SD not even HD or 4K) and love the mp4 exports and color. But as soon as I uplaod clips to YouTube the color saturation takes a noticable dip.

I have keep the project and export as per the orrigial content size (720x576 @25F/p) but it is really bad, dark and loses overall quallity.

Just a reminder again Im working on Premiere Elemets 2020

Any help to get my YoutTube to match my exports?

Thank you!!

When importing the mp4 back into Element are the colors these same as the original?

Post link to Youtube.

Remember Youtube encodes everything. There is nothing you can do about that.

Hi Ann,

Thanks for your reply. Yes it is the same and sure understand YT re encodes but the diffence is night and day. I'm now trying the render from Premiere to YT straight to see if that helps 🙂
