Audible digital Buzz in speakers when Premier (or Audition) is in foreground

I switched to bigger speakers, and I now hear a digital buzz coming primarily from the left speaker whenever Premier is running and in the foreground. Same in current Beta as the production version

Computer is set to 48k 16bit, as is Premier.  Using USB audio through an Allen & Heath mixer with USB input (sounds great).

I just Noticed that if I turn off the input device in Premere audio hardware preferences (normally USB mixer), the buzz goes away. With it back on it buzzes.

For now I will turn off the input since I rarely record directly into Premier.

Same is true in Audition, but the digital noise does not record.
