Every audio effect, whether it be native or VST, has no name in the Effect Controls panel (when added to a clip) or in the Audio Track Mixer panel (when added to an effects slot).
The only place you can see the names of audio effects is in the Effects panel, which only serves to apply an effect to a clip. On the other hand, applying an effect to a track in the Audio Track Mixer panel is impossible, as the effect names in the Effect Selection menus are also missing.
Even the most basic audio clip properties have no names in the Effect Controls panel (Volume, Channel Volume, Panner).
