beta 26.1. Zooming out with the mouse wheel on the timeline is not working properly

This is beta 26.1. Zooming out with the mouse wheel is not working properly. I recorded a video where everything is visible.  Works well in stable version 25. In beta with bugs.
Logi MX Master 3S. Tried 2 different mice. Same thing.
M1 Pro, MacOS Tahoe 26.1.
