Closing project quits after closing project - sometimes

Steps to reproduce:
    1.Close the only open project in PPro
 
Result:

PPro sometimes quits. Sometimes it closes the project and show the recent projects screen.

Expected:

I should see the recent projects screen every time, like in ye olden dayes before today's update to Beta Build 73.

@hellopaul4 Thanks for reporting this. Do you get a crash report box pop up when Premiere Pro disappears?
