Crashes every time I try to open preferences

Every time I try to open preferences it crashes. I'm having issues with playback. It keeps giving a "Render Audio" error and said to increase the buffer size but I can't because of the crash

Exact same issue here, just updated today. 25.3 Build 10.

Reverted back to 25.2.0 Build 127 and it's working okay.
