Crop Effect Incorrect left/bottom/ indicators

Used the built in crop effect and it appears to have the left and bottom tags incorrect; see sample here;  I croped the bottom, but ir crops the right side of clip;

Basicaly the top/bottom is mixed up with the right and left crop...  easy to duplicate

It's because you've rotated the clip -90 degrees. The crop is applied before the rotation is applied
