dialog boxes end below bottom of screen, can't see buttons

dialog boxes are too long, I have to quit out because I can't see buttons to make selection/ there's no x-ing out of box option.

Sounds like your screen is too short 😉

Minimum resolution for Premiere is 1920x1080.
