DISSOLVE EFFECTS CRASH PREMIERE PRO 26 BETA

MAJOR MAJOR PROBLEM ... Premiere Pro 26 Beta crashes when trying to use ANY Dissolve Effect.

When I try to crossfade between to assets, Premiere Pro crashes. I tried using four different Dissolve effects and the app crashed everytime.

There is no error message or any means of trying to troubleshoot the issue
