Edit in Adobe Photoshop greyed out in Premiere Pro 25.3 (beta)

As the title says, the option mentioned doesn't work in premiere when I try to edit a PNG in PS. I have the latest beta apps of both kind meaning Premiere 25.3 (Beta) and Photoshop 26.6 (Beta). However dynamic link between Premiere and After Effects works perfectly. Do you guys have any ideeas what I can do to solve this? Thanks!

Works fine here for non beta Ps.

W11 Premiere beta 25.3 build 27, Ps public release 26.4.1
