Erro de ferramenta de corte de máscara não aparece

As ferramentas de corte de máscara não aparecem para nenhum efeito no Premiere Beta.

E não é problema de tipo de liberação do filtro, pelo contrário, está marcado como TODOS. Não sei mais o que fazer , já tentei algumas opções e nada funcionou.

Have you tried resetting preferences?

In Premiere Pro 2023 and later.

1. Press the Shift key and launch Premiere Pro. Release the Shift key when the splash screen appears.
2. The Reset options Dialog Box launches.
3. Choose "Reset app preferences"
4. Click the "Continue" button.
5. Premiere Pro launches.
6. Allow a few moments as Premiere Pro resets the preferences.

Acho que está bugado. Problemas de versões BETA.

copiei a máscara de outro projeto que eu tinha salvado antes de migrar pro BETA e funcionou. ficou dentro de opacidade. agora, como criar do zero, também não estou encontrando.
