Latest version of Premiere Pro Beta (Apr 16, 2024) crashes immediately after opening my last project

The latest version of Premiere Pro Beta 24.5.0.010 crashes immediately after opening any of my projects I was working just before the update. I was able to narrow it down to the Essential Sound panel. Even if I create an empty new project with no media in it, whenever I try to open the Essential Sound panel the Program crashes immediately. 

All my projects have the Essential sound panel open in the Workspace. I was able to isolate it by Resetting the Premier Pro Beta's  Workspace to something that doesn't include the Essential Sound (for example Learn) and uncheck the option to Import the Workspace from Projects. And after that I'm able to open my Projects without Premiere crashing. Although, I cannot use the Essential sound. So, I'm back to using the Release version of Premiere Pro.

Sorry the version of Premiere Pro Beta is 24.5.0.011 (not 10) - the one from April 16, 2024

Many users have issues with build 11

Revert to 24.4. or wait for update.

Jut updated Premiere Pro Beta to the latest 24.5.0.012 (April 18, 2024) and it still crashes in the same way. Opening completely empty new project and just trying to use whichever Workspace that has the Essential Sound panel as part of it and it crashes immediately. You can work with the program only if you switch to a Workspace without Essenstial sound and uncheck the option "Import the Workspace from Projects"
