Steps to reproduce:
1. New empty project

2. Window menu -> Essential Sound
 
Result: Premiere disappears
Expected: Premiere stays
 
System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.5.0.11
    OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 31.90 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16
