Hi, today after updating, my premiere pro beta is immediately crashing after I click on a lower thirds two line template. This was working before and I already typed names into the fields on previous days. Also, the file is not able to be opened in the latest non-beta premiere version (updated today). I can't seem to "Down save" the project to open in the non beta version. Please advise as I am on a deadline. thanks. - MiLo

Hey @milostudios,

This should be fixed in build 36. Please give it a try this week and let us know if it does or does not work for you. Sorry again for the inconvenience!

Cheers,

Theresa

Hi @milostudios,

Sorry you're experiencing crashes.

When you get the crash reporter dialog, add your email address that is associated with your Creative Cloud Account and be sure the check the "Adobe may contact" option. Then please Direct Message me your Creative Cloud Account email address so we can dig into what's going on.

Also, we have switched from 24.6 to 25.0, which is not able to be opened in a previous version. More information (which is on the After Effects forum, but most also applies to Premiere Pro) can be read about here.

Cheers,

Theresa
