Productions - new projects or renamed projects don't show until production is closed and re-opened

Been seeing this on every version of Premiere I've tried Productions on from 23.2 I think through to Beta 24.0.8

Can you tell us where you have the production stored? Do you have the production folder on the desktop, shared network storage (like a NAS) or in the cloud? If it's on shared storage device, what does that setup look like? If it's cloud-based, what are you using for that?

Screen images and/or movies will probably help a lot.
