Render and Replace Not Working

I have Premiere Beta Build 14 and AE Beta Build 18 on a Macbook Pro M4 and when trying to use Render and Replace of an Dynamic Linked AE Comp, or a regular asset on the timeline,  it just hangs on "Render and Replace Progress.." theres no movement of the bar at all.
