Snap doesn't work in timeline

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ...Turn on snap
 
Result: ... nothing
Expected: ...  snapping
 
System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.16
    OS: macOS v14.2.1, RAM: 18.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12

Same issue. Snap is just...not working at all. This is a basic necessity!
