Timeline/performance problems since 25.2.0 Build 50

I've posted this in the other thread about the timeline issues, but maybe it's better suited as a new bug report.

Since the latest build (25.2.0 Build 50) I'm having a lot of timeline and other issues since this build. For example:

- GUI isn't loading properly on start (some black panels) unless I resize those panels.

- Timeline preview rendering start takes around 60-70 seconds, then goes at normal speed

- Timeline freezes frequently (stops updating the program monitor)

- External tools like Premiere Handy Tools and Excalibur are not working properly (very long delays of 60s+ until they apply the settings)

- Timeline often stops accepting input, I have to alt-tab away from Premiere and back again to be able to click on clips or start playback.

- Clicking a clip on the timeline does not update the data in for exampleEffect Controls. It only updates the data once I move the playhead. 

- sometimes most of the GUI stops responding to clicks unless I move the playhead or resize the corresponding panel

This is just off the top of my head. There's other weirdness going on, none of which I experience in the latest stable. 25.1 "just works", 25.2 currently is a master lesson in patience...

I'm sure it was working fine in the build before the playback bug (audio scrubbing) was introduced, because that's when Premiere beta was last working fine for me without major issues.

Not sure what you guys did, but it seems 25.3.0 Build 3 fixed the problem for me. First test with a "problematic" timeline was smooth again, no background traffic. Let's see if it's gone for good.

Just tested on 25.3 with a completely new project, around 30 4K short clips. It couldn't even add thumbnails. "Waiting for media". No thumbnails, no preview, nothing.

Meanwhile, 25.1 works pretty stable (with exactly the same task).

That is great news. We put a fix in for the timeline responsiveness in 25.3 x 03 for a bug that we had a cuss of a time tracking down. 

@Den Bersus : 
Dang! Did this thumbnail issues just begin with build 25.3 x 03? Or were you seeing it in 25.3 x 01 or 25.3 x 02 or 25.2??? 

Can you please send me your system specs and a screen recording or images of what you're seeing?

We've finally got an in-house repro and have introduced a fix in Beta build 25.3 x 03. 
Please download this build and let us know if you're still seeing this issue or if things look resolved on your end.

25.3.0 Build 3
i7-9700K, 32GB, 4070Ti.

I confirm that the issue still persists. It has become much faster than 25.2, but still much slower than 25.1. Now the lag is around 1-3 sec (25.2 it was up to 30 sec, 25.1 has no tangible lag).

I measured CPU load while working with the timeline (25.3 makes the fans very loud):
25.3 - 60-80%.
25.1 - 30-35%.
System idle - 15-25%

Did some quick testing and issue seems to be fixed, but as @Den Bersus said not so smooth as version 25.1. Also Stack overrun errors that have been absent came back with this version. 

Edit:

Export seems to be broken. On my PC export tab does nothing and on my Macbook it opens the export window, but after clicking export it doesn't progress at all. I have tried resetting everything at the Premiere start, but that doesn't help.

Second edit:

Started a new project and there export is working.

• Would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the 1-3 second lags you're seeing? 
• Is there any chance that y'all could share projects with me?

I didn't have so bad delay as @Den Bersus had in 25.3.03 and now that I have done some testing with a new project file created in the latest version I would say that this is now as good as version 25.1 was. Also haven't seen those stack overrun errors in this new project and export is also working. So far good!
