Unable to change length of clip in timeline.

Premiere Pro Beta (25.6, build 100)
macOS 15.6.1

After installing this build, I'm unable to change the length of a clip in the timeline by clicking-and-dragging on it's left or right side. 

All other features seem to be working. I can drag clips around the timeline fine. I just can't change their length.

Reverted to 25.4, build 83 removed the issue.
