Unable to open converted Premiere Pro Beta files

I cannot open Premiere Pro (Beta) files without converting them for the 25.3 version. When I try to open or import said converted files it comes up blank and empty.  I cant edit files anymore that I made two days ago.

What version of PPro, last saved those projects (that need to be updated)?

Hello, it was 25.2 that needed to be updated to 25.3

PPro updates the project format at major versions (25.0, 26.0), and never at minor versions. 

Can you send us one such 25.2 project?
