Zoom level stuck in Program monitor

Scrolling inside Program monitor does not zoom in or out anymore.

It makes use of the scrolling bars instead. Image goes up or down.

Zoom level is stuck.

Yes, I'm seeing that too. It was working great yesterday 😞 

I was able to zoom in/out as previous, AND holding ctrl (or shift) Drag allowed me to move the preview around instead of dragging using the middle mouse button. Both are gone now.

BTW: It's just scrolls up/down, I don't have the scrollbars visible, so both w/without.

So it's not a bug: it is a new behavior.

Very inconvenient to release a new feature without any explanation:

Forum wise or add new change.

Wow! A nonsensical up/down scrolling, why would we want that at all? And especially as the simplest function, ie: with no ctrl/shift/alt...

I hate this change, and it stunned me how bad it was at first, but it looks to me like they were focusing on improving trackpad functionality, and then did mouse testing on mac mice which can scroll both directions.  It probably seems functional on those devices, but any PC mouse user is going to hate this, and for good reason.
