I've tried updating from build 24 today several times.
The install process goes completely normally, up through 100% and then the CC app doing the brief spinner thing as it resets.
Then it shows an update available ... build 25, again.
If I open the public beta, yea, it's still build 24.
Bizarre.

This is also Happening to me too Neil. Frustrating. I see Ann responded but I don't see Build 27 anywhere and not being offered in my adobe console for updates.

It seems to update to Build 27 -- you would be correct Ann however, when finished then it updates media intelligence and that is where I believe the issue lies because when that step finishes it rolls back to 24 and says an update is available.

Yea, I was getting Media Intellignence installing notifications. Then back to 24.
So Media Intelligence ... whatever it is? ... isn't wanting to finish installing, perhaps.
Win10 here ...

Good to know I wasn't the only person experiencing this issue. The way I got around it was not allowing it to install the media intelligence add-on from the CC app. When I launched the beta, it installed the Media Intelligence model and worked like before.

"I don't know what the fuss is about" Well Anne, apparently the fuss is people are having problems install the damn update. I read SEVERAL posts about the problem and your "ROBOTIC RESPONSE" isn't working for everybody. Here I am a few days trying to get this install to work and it's still not working. So sense this is such a simpel problem to resolve why is my pc still in a install loop!?! Sorry for all the FUSS.

Hi all, sorry about this hiccup. It should be a one-time issue that most don't hit, but if you do, you should fully uninstall Premiere Pro (Beta) via Creative Cloud desktop app. This will also remove any installed add-ons. Then go back to the Beta section of Creative Cloud, and install Premiere Pro (Beta) fresh.

COULD NOT ADD MODULE

Hi @SpaceCherryFilms Here is how I got the update to semi work. I like everyone said to update, when the update itself is finished then head over to the Apps Tab and then look for Premiere Pro Beta, there will be three dots, click on the dots and then select get add-ons. Once that dialog box pops up you will see adding the Media Add on and say cancel. It stays and does not roll the update back. We are having a home effort and running our pet to the vets soon and might need to put her down 😞 nevertheless no time to see if I can add it on after it updated. Will try later. But this should work installing beta update.

First of all my condolences for your pet, I had to put down one of ours a few years ago and it was like losing a family member. And thanks for your help, it actually worked! Im out of the beta loop. Cheers!
