Can't find premiere pro beta in creative cloud panel

Can't find Premiere Pro (Beta). I checked everythind, scroll to the bottom, but still can't see it.
I'm using an education adobe account. Using Windows 10 (but on my macos, still can't find).

CC version is 10. 6.4.0.361.

Btw, I'm trying to download it for extension development, because I saw UXP tools only work for beta version. Is there any other way that I can develop extension for Premiere pro?

In CC Desktop, if you select 'Apps' in the left column, there should be a 'Beta' button at the top...unless your Educational account doesn't provide for Beta apps.

For now, you do need a PPro beta build, in order to develop UXP plugins for PPro.

OH, it's the problem of my education account. I created a non-edu account and saw the beta version. Thank you!
