Constantly Having to Restart Premiere Pro to Export SRT Files

Has anyone else had issue with exporting SRT files? Aside from this issue, the auto transcription feature has been incredible and has saved me so much time! However, I'm never consistently able to export my caption files without having to restart the program. Thankfully I have a workaround for the time being but this does get a little frustrating 😕
