Export Frame not working

"export frame" option in Premiere Pro (beta) version is not working. Whenever I press the little icon in program monitor (or Ctrl + shift + E) it does absolutely nothing.

Similar bug for me, except the keyboard shortcut works (exporting a 1920x1080 25p sequence to a JPG)
