Import page is not showing anything

As title suggests - nothing comes up, not even menus or interactive UI.

Try deleting preferences and check.

In my case, it often happens that the menu freezes and can only be used using the Tab key to scroll through the options; the same thing happens for the export menu.
(Windows 10/11)
