Masks not adjustable in Premiere Beta 25.2?

I am not able to manipulate mask shapes and sizes in Beta Version 25.2.  This applies to masks in the opacity panel and in Lumetri Color, and both the polygon/ellipse and Free Draw options.

Premiere Pro Beta V. 25.2
